At Belote’s Country Chicken (“we”, “our”, “us”), we prepare all products fresh on order to ensure the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow this policy:
1. Returns

Raw chicken and prepared products: Returns are not allowed, as products are made fresh per order.

Eggs: If any eggs are delivered with cracked shells, you may reject them or request a replacement for the affected eggs.

3. Complaint Window

Complaints related to quality or damaged products must be raised within 6 hours of delivery for evaluation and resolution.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be provided through the original payment method or in cash, depending on the circumstances.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once accepted, due to the fresh preparation of all products.
