1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability.

Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis and on time Order as per the shop opening hours

Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled.
2. Payment

We accept payments via PhonePe, Razorpay, UPI, cards, and cash.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
3. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai only.

Delivery charges vary based on distance and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timings depend on pre-order selection, shop hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM – 9 PM, lunch break 1 PM – 3 PM), and holiday schedules.

We are not liable for delays due to external factors beyond our control.
4. Product Quality

All products are prepared fresh on order to maintain quality and hygiene.

Returns for raw products are not allowed.

In case of quality issues or damaged eggs, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery.
5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion and through the original payment method or cash.
6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change based on market rates.

All prices are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
