This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery procedures for online orders.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

2. Delivery Timing
Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis, allowing you to choose a convenient delivery time.

Our shop operates Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (please note lunch break between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM).

Deliveries may not be available on certain holidays, which can vary.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on distance and may vary depending on our shop’s calculation or the rates of delivery partners.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Store Pickup Option
You can also choose to pick up your order from our store at the chosen time.

5. Order Tracking
Customers will receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp regarding the status of their order.

6. Delivery Issues
If there is any issue with your delivery (delay, wrong order, etc.), please contact our support team immediately for resolution.
